How It Started
MyBasic LLC was founded by Steward Clinton in Marietta, Georgia. It started with a simple observation: small businesses were being drained by subscription software they could never own, and fake reviews were destroying the trust they had worked years to build.
While providing web design services to local businesses, Steward saw the same story repeat itself. A restaurant with incredible food would get buried by a competitor buying fake reviews. A family-owned shop would pay hundreds per month for basic tools they should have been able to buy once. The system was broken.
MyBusinessTree was built to fix both problems. By combining blockchain technology with AI fraud detection, we created a platform where trust is verified and permanent -- where a business's reputation is based on real customer experiences, not whoever has the biggest advertising budget.
